At Lado Global Tours and Travels, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and service partners.
🚗 1. Cancellation Policy (For Car Rental & Event Transport)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will not be eligible for any refund.
- If a booking is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances from our side (vehicle unavailability, operational issue, etc.), a full refund or alternate arrangement will be provided.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.
🌍 2. Cancellation Policy (For Tour Packages & International Bookings)
- Once a tour package is confirmed and payment is made, a portion of the booking amount is non-refundable due to hotel, flight, and third-party commitments.
- Any cancellation request for international or domestic tours must be made in writing via email.
- Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the policies of airlines, hotels, and local partners involved in the booking.
💰 3. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Any delay beyond this period will be communicated directly to the customer.
⚠️ 4. No-Show Policy
- If the customer fails to appear at the scheduled pickup or reporting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
🔁 5. Modifications & Rebooking
- Date or time changes (rescheduling) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Rebooking requests made more than 24 hours before the original booking may be adjusted without penalty, depending on vehicle/tour availability.
