- Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation Policy.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- International tours may have different refund timelines depending on third-party partners (like hotels, airlines, etc.).
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate personal and travel details while booking.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle during service (due to negligence or misconduct) will be charged to the customer.
- Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all Lado Global vehicles.
5. Driver and Vehicle Policy
- All our drivers are verified, trained, and authorized to operate commercial vehicles.
- We ensure our vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and equipped for passenger safety.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, traffic delay, etc.), we may provide an alternate vehicle or adjust the schedule accordingly.
6. Tour and Travel Packages
- Tour itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, government regulations, or safety concerns.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or flight issues).
7. Limitation of Liability
- Lado Global Tours and Travels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
